According to Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa, Director of the HCM City Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, the implementation of information technology applications and digital transformation at the department will aim to enhance the digitalization of business processes, modernize records management, and connect data with related agencies such as courts, prosecutors, police, tax, and banks.
At the same time, create a foundation for developing high-level online public services, gradually building a professional, efficient, cost-saving and time-saving working environment for people.

Digital transformation will be implemented in a three-phase roadmap from 2025 to 2027, including building infrastructure and databases, deploying software applications across the system, and completing integrated platforms, including artificial intelligence (AI) applications and blockchain technology to serve monitoring, decision-making, and ensuring data security.
According to the HCM City Department of Execution of Judgments, in the Truong My Lan case, the unit proactively developed and applied software for handling, notifying execution of judgments, and paying execution fees to ensure maximum reduction in time for handling administrative procedures arising during the execution of the case.
