Binh Dinh: The 2nd Food Culture Festival in 2025 will take place from May 1-3 in Quy Nhon City

In order to promote tourism image and enhance the value of local culinary culture, the Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize the 2nd Binh Dinh Culinary Culture Festival in 2025. The event is expected to take place from May 1-3 at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square, Quy Nhon City.

As planned, the festival will include many special activities such as a grand opening program, culinary demonstration, OCOP product display, local specialty culinary space and night art program.

The festival space is arranged with 50 booths, including 30 food booths, 20 booths displaying OCOP products of Binh Dinh and other localities in the country to serve tourists. The highlight of the festival is the culinary demonstration area, where top chefs will directly prepare and introduce Binh Dinh's special dishes.

In particular, food stalls will display and serve traditional dishes such as rice vermicelli with pork porridge, tre, vermicelli with fish cakes, grilled spring rolls, etc. In addition, visitors will also have the opportunity to enjoy high-quality OCOP products imbued with local cultural identity.
