The total value of 19 prizes is 80 million VND, including: 1 first prize (20 million VND), 3 second prizes (10 million VND/prize), 5 third prizes (4 million VND/prize) and 10 consolation prizes (1 million VND/prize).

These prizes are among 11,858 electronic invoices with tax authority codes in the fourth quarter of 2024 that are eligible to be included in the lucky invoice software for drawing according to the random selection principle.

The prize value is awarded in cash from the regular operating expenses of the Tax Department (deducting personal income tax for prizes greater than 10 million VND). The maximum prize payment period is within 30 days from the date of announcement of the results of the Lucky Invoice drawing program in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Since the implementation of the "Lucky Invoice" program, the Quang Nam Tax Department has opened 9 drawing periods for all electronic invoices with tax authority codes. The total amount paid to 189 individuals and winning business households is nearly 1 billion VND.

Mr. Luong Dinh Duong - Deputy Director of the Tax Department said that every quarter, the Tax Department will select and identify electronic invoices with tax authority codes generated in the quarter, with full buyer identification information (tax code/citizen identification card/identity card/passport), through using the "lucky invoice" selection software of the General Department of Taxation to award prizes to buyers.

Through this program, consumers will be encouraged to get invoices when purchasing goods and services, creating the habit of "civilized consumption", promoting sellers of goods and services to use electronic invoices with tax authority codes, and strictly comply with tax laws and policies.

Thereby, contributing to the tax sector in managing business revenue, fighting tax fraud, avoiding loss of state budget, and building an increasingly fair and civilized business environment.

In addition, buyers will be protected by law in commercial transactions such as product warranties, after-sales services, disputes or complaints about product quality.
