HDBank expands digital space for efficiency-enhancing trend
The 2024 Investor Conference of Ho Chi Minh City Development Bank (HDBank) was held at the Innovation and Creativity Center - Galaxy Innovation Hub (Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park).

At the conference, HDBank's leaders shared about the key points in development strategy and the future of digital banking.
Investors also have direct access to technology solutions such as eKYC applications, process automation solutions, AI virtual assistants, etc. to help increase management efficiency and enhance customer experience at HDBank.
The effectiveness of the digitalization strategy is also an important driving force for HDBank to quickly achieve a rate of over 97% of individual customer transactions conducted on digital platforms.

In the first 9 months of 2024, HDBank attracted more new customers than in the whole of 2023, of which 85% of new customers were through digital channels.
