The Chairman of Lam Dong province requested relevant authorities to periodically advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to consider and resolve difficulties and obstacles for 7-10 projects every week.

Mr. Tran Hong Thai, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, has just assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and localities to urgently synthesize and report on the situation and progress of implementing non-budgetary investment projects in the province by the end of February 2025 (report to the Provincial People's Committee before March 10, 2025).
Mr. Thai requested the above agencies to periodically advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to consider and resolve difficulties and obstacles for 7-10 projects every week. If necessary, the Provincial People's Committee should organize a meeting to review and handle each specific group of projects.
The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and localities to advise and propose the Provincial People's Committee to establish a Working Group headed by the Provincial People's Committee leader to remove difficulties and obstacles in non-budgetary investment projects in the province.
According to the assessment of the Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, Tran Hong Thai, in the past time, the implementation of non-budgetary investment projects in the province by enterprises and investors still encountered many difficulties and obstacles. Many projects were granted Investment Certificates and have completed the investment progress according to regulations but have not completed the project to put it into operation, causing waste of land resources.
