Many forms of propaganda have been effectively applied, such as propagating the law through radio and television, organizing training conferences, distributing documents, building legal bookcases, organizing legal competitions... which have contributed significantly to raising awareness of law compliance for each citizen in the spirit of "Living and working according to the law"; thereby "democracy" is promoted, social order and safety are stabilized, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development.

To continue promoting the effectiveness of legal dissemination and education in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in general and Ngoc Lac district in particular, the organization of the Law Competition at Ngoc Lac Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities aims to create a healthy, useful, practical and interesting playground for students.

The Law Competition at Ngoc Lac Boarding Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities had 4 participating teams: Hoa Ban, Hoa Hong, Hoa Mai, Hoa Sen representing 4 grades (6,7,8,9), each team had 5 members. The teams went through 3 rounds: Greeting; Question and Answer to learn about legal knowledge; Performing skits.

Representatives of the provincial Ethnic Committee and Ngoc Lac District People's Committee presented souvenir flags and congratulated the teams participating in the competition.

In particular, the skit performance was excellently performed by the children, mentioning the contents of the Law on Children; Law on Gender Equality; Law on Marriage and Family; Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence; Law on Road Traffic; Law on Prevention and Control of Drugs.

In addition, propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws such as: propagating the content of early marriage and incestuous marriage, the content of drug prevention... All 4 teams participating in the contest have prepared elaborate stage performances and performed impressively.
