Samsung Electronics officially launched the Bespoke AI smart washing machine, upgraded in both technology and design. It is the first smart washing machine on the market that combines AI technology to automatically distribute detergent and fabric material based on dirt level and sensor.

AI Wash technology is improved by Samsung with 5 smart sensors: analyzing weight, dirt level and fabric fiber material, to automatically and accurately distribute the amount of detergent, optimize the perfect cleaning process, and at the same time protect the fabric fibers to keep their color and material durable.

With a variety of laundry and stains, Bespoke AI will automatically adjust the amount of detergent and washing time to ensure perfect cleaning. This is possible because the machine is integrated with an AI sensor that analyzes the dirt level throughout the washing cycle. When it detects a lot of dirt, the machine will automatically add detergent and increase the washing time until clean. Conversely, when the dirt level is low, the machine will shorten the time and end the cycle sooner. Samsung is also the only company to apply this advanced technology to washing machines.
In particular, the new Bespoke AI generation launched in 2023 has a technological upgrade - integrating a fabric material sensor, automatically adjusting the time, temperature and appropriate spin speed, helping to protect the fabric 45% better, while saving 70% of electricity.

With the Bespoke AI smart washing machine, sitting in the office but still being able to control the washing machine remotely is no longer a distant dream with the Samsung SmartThings application. The product is currently on sale with many washing capacity options from 12kg, 14kg to 24kg with suggested retail price from 20,309,000 VND.
