2. Citing two visits among many visits by leaders of countries to Vietnam in 2023, to see the increasingly enhanced position of our country in the international arena. As recognized by National Assembly delegate Pham Van Hoa (Dong Thap delegation), those visits have created a new step of development in our country's foreign affairs and international integration. In the context of the world situation with many complicated developments, many difficulties and challenges, with the outstanding efforts of the entire political system and people, foreign affairs and diplomacy are a highlight in the country's overall achievements.
According to National Assembly Delegate Pham Van Hoa, the frequent visits of leaders of countries to Vietnam are not only an opportunity to strengthen diplomatic relations but also an opportunity to demonstrate Vietnam's important position and role in the international arena. These visits are not only an opportunity for leaders to exchange ideas and seek opportunities for bilateral cooperation, but also reflect a special interest in relations with Vietnam. Vietnam - with a tragic history of war but also a story of recovery and development, has gradually become an important partner in the international arena. With political stability, impressive economic growth and an active role in international organizations, Vietnam has attracted attention and respect from the international community.
“The fact that leaders of the world’s leading countries visit Vietnam is a clear confirmation of the important position of our country. The meetings between leaders of other countries and Vietnamese leaders not only demonstrate friendliness but also demonstrate confidence in Vietnam’s capabilities and influence in the international community,” said National Assembly Delegate Pham Van Hoa.
In addition, according to National Assembly Delegate Pham Van Hoa, official visits also create conditions for discussing important issues, such as economic cooperation, international security, climate change and other global challenges. This not only helps strengthen two-way relations but also contributes to the international community's joint efforts to solve global problems.
Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Anh Tri - National Assembly Delegate (Hanoi delegation) said: "Foreign affairs and international integration work has been carried out vigorously and continuously and is a highlight of 2023, achieving many important historical achievements, creating new opportunities and fortunes to develop the country and enhance the role, position and prestige of Vietnam in the international arena".

" This is a success that has delighted the people through the trips, working trips, and signings of heads of state to other countries and countries coming to Vietnam since the beginning of 2023 until now" - Prof. Dr. Nguyen Anh Tri said.
National Assembly Delegate Nguyen Thi Suu, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Thua Thien Hue Province, also acknowledged: “It must be said that Vietnam’s position has reached a new height, respected and highly appreciated by countries. Through diplomatic activities, the wisdom and virtue of the Vietnamese people have been well demonstrated.”

In addition, through foreign affairs and diplomacy, we have demonstrated our peace mission and participated in international peacekeeping activities. “Vietnam has demonstrated its value in many aspects through foreign affairs and diplomacy. We have made every effort to be proactive, positive, and comprehensive in diplomatic work. The visits of leaders of countries to Vietnam and the signing of cooperation documents have implicitly affirmed that Vietnam has a geopolitical, geo-economic, geo-commercial position in the international arena. Thereby, it also shows the capacity, intelligence, and friendliness of Vietnam in the process of international integration that other countries have seen. From the trust we build in foreign relations, it will lead to trust for large investors in economics, culture, tourism, science and technology... to come to Vietnam" - National Assembly Delegate Nguyen Thi Suu said.
The success of visits and phone calls by Party and State leaders since the 13th National Party Congress, especially more than 40 visits by key leaders to neighboring countries, major countries, strategic partner countries, most ASEAN countries, many important partners and traditional friends; at the same time, many heads of state and senior leaders of countries and major international organizations visited Vietnam, painted a very beautiful, very vivid and highly attractive picture on the foreign affairs front in the past 2 years and created a new position for Vietnam in the international arena, highly appreciated and supported by domestic public opinion and international friends.
