Expect large-cap stocks to make waves

(NLDO) - The stock market is stable with a balance between supply and demand. Investors expect large stocks to attract strong cash flow, helping the VN-Index move up.

At the end of the session on February 13, the VN Index closed at 1,270 points, up 3.4 points, equivalent to 0.27%.

Opening trading on February 13, investors traded in a tug-of-war, causing the market to fluctuate within a narrow range. Blue-chip stocks made efforts to recover, increasing slightly or maintaining at the reference level, helping to balance the general index.

The bright spot of the February 13 session belonged to the group of small and medium-sized stocks such as fertilizer-chemicals, electricity, transportation-seaports with remarkable price increases.

At the same time, selling pressure also increased as many stocks increased in price to reach investors' targets. However, this is not a big negative point when the demand to support prices still exists.

At the end of the session, VN Index closed at 1,270 points, up 3.4 points, equivalent to 0.27%.

Vietcombank Securities Company (VCBS) commented that cash flow is still actively participating and tends to differentiate more clearly. With this development, investors expect the market to accumulate sideways, and large-cap stocks will find consensus to help VN Index advance to higher points.

"The market is moving steadily with a balance of supply and demand. Investors can select stocks in industries that attract cash flow to disburse in parts. In particular, stock "players" should not chase stocks that have increased sharply. Some industries that can consider looking for investment opportunities include chemicals, transportation-seaports, petroleum..." - VCBS recommends.

Meanwhile, Dragon Viet Securities Company (VDSC) stated that investors can take advantage of the market recovery to take profits on stocks that have increased in price to the resistance zone, and consider short-term purchases of some stocks that have had positive developments recently.
