(NLDO) - President Luong Cuong chaired the Conference to approve the draft report of the Inspection Delegation of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee.

On the afternoon of March 19, in Hung Yen, Politburo member and President Luong Cuong, Head of Inspection Delegation 1907 of the Politburo and Secretariat, chaired a conference to approve the draft report on inspection results for the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee.

The draft report on inspection results clearly states that the Standing Committee of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee has seriously, responsibly and promptly disseminated to Party committees, Party organizations and Party members throughout the province; established a Steering Committee, issued regulations, rules and procedures for implementation; concretized resolutions, directives and conclusions into action programs and directed grassroots Party committees and subordinate Party committees to proactively organize the study and dissemination of resolutions, directives and conclusions at agencies and units.

Concluding the working session, President Luong Cuong commended and acknowledged the results, achievements, drastic initiative and efforts that the Party Committee, government, army and people in Hung Yen province have achieved in the past time in implementing Resolution 18, Resolution 57, Directive 35, Conclusion 118; Conclusions 121, 123, 126, 127.

The President assessed that the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee and the inspected Party organizations had thoroughly grasped, seriously implemented, and carefully prepared the contents; closely coordinated with the Inspection Team on the four inspected contents, well meeting the requirements of the Politburo, as well as the plan of the Inspection Team.

Many contents that Hung Yen has done well in terms of methods and approaches, suitable to the specific situation of the locality, creating high consensus among the Party organization, Party members and people. The achieved targets are the result of solidarity, unanimity, and the right direction in the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee.

Emphasizing that from now until the end of 2025, there are many important tasks, including major events of the country, and at the same time, 2025 is the final year to accelerate and break through to exceed the targets of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the President requested the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to continue reviewing methods and tasks, promoting strengths so that Hung Yen can progress quickly, firmly, and sustainably in all aspects, especially being a pioneer in implementing the four inspected contents.

The President noted that the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee should well implement the policy of arranging and organizing the apparatus to ensure it is streamlined, strong, effective, efficient, and effective, creating consensus within the Party Committee and government from the province to the grassroots level.

Regarding the implementation of Directive No. 35 of the Politburo, the President requested the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee to prepare well the documents, personnel and conditions for organizing the Congress, in which the personnel work must ensure the correct principles, synchronization, comprehensiveness, strictness, democracy, science, objectivity, impartiality and transparency to successfully organize the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

On the other hand, the President emphasized promoting and renewing growth drivers, especially science and technology development, digital transformation, and private economy with feasible solutions to achieve the province's GRDP growth target of 10-10.5%, creating a premise and solid foundation for the 2026-2030 period...

Also during the working program in Hung Yen, the President and the delegation offered incense at the memorial site of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh and the memorial house of Lieutenant General Nguyen Binh in Yen Phu village, Nguyen Van Linh commune, Yen My district; and offered incense to Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan, mother of President Ho Chi Minh, at her shrine in Van Noi village, Hong Tien commune, Khoai Chau district.
