On March 19, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu chaired a conference to deploy the working program of the Politburo and Secretariat in 2025.
Project progress, quality and basic reports meet requirements.
At the conference, delegates focused on lively discussions with many profound, practical and quality opinions to improve the quality and effectiveness of organizing and implementing the 2025 work program.
Thereby contributing to innovating methods, improving the quality and effectiveness of the Party's leadership and direction.
Speaking at the conference, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu highly appreciated the Party committees, Party delegations, Party executive committees (now Party committees) of ministries, branches, and Party committees directly under the Central Committee in 2024 for actively and proactively preparing projects and reports assigned in the working program of the Politburo and the Secretariat. In general, the progress and quality of projects and reports basically met the requirements.
According to the Standing Secretariat, the appraisal opinions of the agencies and the Central Party Office basically ensure quality and objectivity.
Many opinions were highly appreciated, contributing to ensuring comprehensive, correct and timely leadership and direction of the Party Central Committee, Politburo and Secretariat.
However, the work of building and organizing the implementation of the working program of the Politburo and Secretariat in 2024 still has some limitations and needs to be learned from experience.
For example, there are a few projects that have not ensured progress; the quality of some projects has not met requirements so they have to be re-prepared; the submission of projects to the Politburo and Secretariat has not met the time requirements prescribed by working regulations, affecting the appraisal work.
Focus on resolving difficult, complicated, and pending projects
In 2025, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu requested to promote the achieved results and overcome limitations in both program development and consulting on implementation.
He also requested that relevant agencies coordinate better in developing programs and plans to implement projects of the Politburo and Secretariat.
At the same time, agencies need to proactively develop assigned projects and reports; some difficult, complicated, sensitive or backlogged projects from previous years need to be focused on and resolved.
In organizing the working program, it is necessary to prioritize the contents of the working program of the 13th Party Central Committee and important and urgent tasks.
The Party's advisory and support agencies and the Party Committees directly under the Central Committee continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, ensure the progress and quality of appraisal opinions, comments, and document the content after the conference of the Central Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat.
