(NLDO) - 7 restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Khanh Hoa were honored for their delicious cuisine and good service in Vietnam.
The 5 best casual dining restaurants and 2 best fine dining restaurants in Vietnam were honored at the Asia's Excellent Awards 2025 on March 19 in Hanoi.
The Organizing Committee awarded the representatives of the 5 most outstanding casual dining restaurants.
The five best casual dining restaurants in Vietnam in 2025 include Lion City (HCMC), Quan An Ngon (Hanoi), The Gate (HCMC), Ngon Truong Thinh Phu Quoc (Phu Quoc) and Tiem Com Viet Nam (Khanh Hoa) (Casual dining is a term used to refer to restaurants that serve reasonably priced dishes in a comfortable atmosphere).
The two award-winning fine dining restaurants include Ngon Garden (Hanoi) and Rare Steakhouse (HCMC) (fine dining is a form of dining at high-end restaurants).
Sharing about the two awards, Ms. Pham Thi Bich Hanh, owner of Ngon Garden and Quan An Ngon, said that the chefs and managers have worked hard to create value for the restaurant. Both restaurants share the same view that customers are not gods, but relatives. Diners are taken care of by the staff with sincerity and warm feelings from the heart.
Ngon Garden Restaurant was honored as the best fine dining restaurant in Vietnam.
Asia's Excelent Awards also presented awards in the categories of "Young Talented Chefs", "Master Chefs" and "Best Culinary Artists" as well as culinary businesses with breakthrough products that achieved 1-3 star quality. The awards aim to honor chefs who bring creativity and quintessence to dishes as well as recognize innovative products and services that change the way food is enjoyed.
Asia's Excellence Awards 2025 is part of the Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 exhibition in Hanoi.
As the first prestigious culinary award in Vietnam with international certification value, Asia's Excellent Taste Awards 2025 is built to honor outstanding chefs, restaurants and F&B products.
The evaluation and selection process was carried out by a prestigious jury, including experts and representatives from international culinary organizations such as: Unesco Chairs, Vietnam Culinary Culture Association (VCCA), Best of Gastronomie, Global Chefs Union, World IAC, Culinary Innovation Centre for Training & Development, UK Curry Connect (UKCC) and 5 Gold Star of the Kitchen. Among them are UNESCO Chair, Professor Eric Olmedo, President of the World Association of Italian Chefs, Dr. Simone Falcini, President of the Global Chefs Alliance Arthur Lim, President of the Vietnam Master Chefs Association Le Nguyen Hoan Long, Vice President of VCCA La Quoc Khanh.
