Opening of the 2023 Team Skills and Professional Training Class

On August 7, the Provincial Youth Union coordinated with the Provincial Political School to organize the opening ceremony of the 2023 Training course on skills and professional skills of the Young Pioneers for 76 trainees who are teachers and General Leaders of the Young Pioneers in the province.

During the 4 days, the trainees studied and trained in the following topics: Key contents of the Resolution of the 7th Ninh Thuan Provincial Youth Union Congress, Resolution of the 12th National Youth Union Congress, term 2022-2027 on children's work; instructions on using some popular software in designing propaganda publications for the activities of the Team; introducing effective models and solutions for developing team members, guiding children's activities and adult team members; working methods of teachers in charge of the Team; basic issues on children's psychology; skills in designing and organizing team activities in schools; team activities, children's stars according to regulations; formation, ranks, and rituals of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Team.

Thereby, contributing to improving skills and expertise, helping the team of teachers and leaders of the Youth Union in the province to effectively organize and implement the work of the Youth Union and the children's movement in the locality.
