Last October, two park and lake projects were completed in Long Bien District. One of them is Long Bien Park on Doan Khue - Van Hanh Street, in Viet Hung Urban Area, in front of Long Bien District Administrative Office. The highlight here is the Kim Quan Lake project, which is over 50,000 square meters wide. Since its inauguration, the project has attracted the attention of local residents. Photo: Minh Hoang.
On the same day as Long Bien Park, Ngoc Thuy Park (Long Bien District) was put into use. The highlight of this project is the regulating lake with a rest stop designed in the shape of a clam shell. The project plays a role in regulating the drainage of the area, creating a landscape to serve the needs of sports and entertainment for the people. Photo: Minh Hoang.
In the inner city of Hanoi, many different lake regulation projects have appeared over the years. A typical example is the lake located in Mai Dich Park, in Cau Giay and Nam Tu Liem districts. With a total area of over 15 hectares, including 5 hectares of lake surface area, it helps regulate the air, creating a fresh environment, along with landscapes such as: trees, squares, walking paths, fountain systems; entertainment areas and parking lots...
Nhan Chinh Lake is 8ha wide and located in Thanh Xuan Park. The project started in May 2016, with a total investment of nearly 299 billion VND, from the district budget. After the project was inaugurated, it helped regulate the air in the area, creating a fresh and clean environment.
Another regulating lake is located in the Giao Luu City Urban Area (Co Nhue 1 Ward, Bac Tu Liem District). Covering an area of 18 hectares, the project is invested by Vigeba International Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
The project of the Lake Park in the Southwest Hanoi urban area has an area of 112,410 m2, with an initial estimated total investment of 1,600 billion VND. The project is located in Trung Hoa ward, bordering Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district. However, this lake has not been completed yet.
CV1 Park and Lake - Cau Giay New Urban Area has an area of about 32 hectares. The project was approved with a total investment of 938 billion VND, including main items such as: 19-hectare lake; the remaining 12.76 hectares are green trees, gardens, and entertainment support areas with typical works such as: boat houses, entertainment areas, and outdoor theaters.
With an investment of up to 144,140m2, The Matrix One Park (Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi) is an open park. With only 5% construction density, the project creates a space for entertainment, sports and many other entertainment services. Most of the remaining area is for trees and a large lake with an area of about 25,000m2.
Nowadays, most large urban areas in Hanoi have regulating lakes. In the photo is Ngoai Giao Doan Lake located in the urban area of the same name. There are many large projects and constructions here, including: Starlake Urban Area, Tay Ho Tay; Huu Nghi Park; Hoa Binh Park. Surrounding it are many green parks, shopping centers, schools and several other lakes.
Starlake Park West West Lake. Near this location is West Lake connecting with the green space axis and the beautiful regulating lake system creating a harmonious living environment. The area of green trees, lakes and technical infrastructure in this area is 73 hectares. However, many items are behind schedule for quite a long time.
Inside the National Convention Center campus, there is also a system of fresh water lakes. Right next to the lake are rows of guest houses built in the style of beautiful garden villas.
Opposite the National Convention Center is Me Tri Lake in Vinhomes Greenbay Urban Area. The lake area is 80,028m2, clear all year round, helping the surrounding people enjoy fresh air.
Covering an area of over 50 hectares, Hoa Binh Park is one of the largest parks in Hanoi. With a modern design and full amenities, this is an ideal destination for those looking for a green, fresh and airy space.
