According to the decision, comrade Nguyen Manh Vy, Head of the Department of Prosecution, Investigation and Trial Supervision of Social Order Cases (Hai Duong Provincial People's Procuracy) was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Hai Duong Provincial People's Procuracy, for a term of 5 years from April 16, 2024.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrades: Permanent Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Huy Tien and Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung congratulated comrade Nguyen Manh Vy and emphasized that this is both an honor and a great responsibility.
The leaders requested the Hai Duong Provincial People's Procuracy and the new Deputy Chief Prosecutor Nguyen Manh Vy to continuously build and consolidate the great solidarity bloc, uphold discipline and order. The new Deputy Chief Prosecutor needs to continuously cultivate, train, strive, demonstrate the intelligence and mettle of a prosecutor "fair, upright, objective, cautious, modest" as taught by President Ho Chi Minh; successfully complete all assigned tasks, contributing to "building a clean, strong, democratic, strict judiciary, protecting justice, serving the people, serving the Fatherland" as set forth in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
New Deputy Chief Justice Nguyen Manh Vy thanked the leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Hai Duong province for their attention and trust, and promised to continuously study and practice to improve his qualifications, capacity and qualities to fulfill his tasks well.
Comrade Nguyen Manh Vy was born in 1973, from Chi Linh City, and has a master's degree in law. In 1995, he joined the prosecution industry. From June 2010 to August 2018, he held the position of Chief Prosecutor of Chi Linh City People's Procuracy. From September 2018 to November 2022, he held the position of Chief of Office and from December 2022 to present, he has held the position of Head of the Department of Prosecution, Investigation and Trial Supervision of Social Order Cases (Hai Duong Provincial People's Procuracy).
