Students of Binh Tri Dong Secondary School (Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City) couldn’t help but enjoy walking around the company’s exhibition space. This place displays production models, formation and development diagrams, a variety of noodles and the main ingredients that are indispensable for a delicious bowl of noodles.

Study and play at the same time

The students were able to visit the eye-catching, neat and easy-to-understand display space. The students exclaimed, 'It turns out the company has many types of noodles, not just Hao Hao, which my family often eats.'

You will be welcomed by company staff, take souvenir photos, briefly introduce the development of a brand, answer questions and receive gifts.

Students know that instant noodles originated in Japan. In Vietnam alone, there are 6 branches, producing 3.5 billion packages every year.

The children know that noodles are made from wheat, and that to produce a package of noodles, it must go through many stages and criteria to create a quality product that suits consumer preferences. Through the introduction, the children can easily distinguish between fried and non-fried noodles.

In particular, the packaging is made from PP05 plastic that can come into contact with food without causing harm to health. The vegetable packages in the noodle package are freeze-dried, helping to preserve the original flavor and can be preserved longer. The yellow color is made from turmeric powder, this color creates a more appetizing feeling for consumers.

The trip is not just for sightseeing, but also a place to learn how to introduce a product, a favorite job, a place to confidently talk and ask questions with people you meet for the first time...

Tran Tam Nghi confided: "I am very happy because this is the first time I have visited a large company. Through the trip, we got to go on a field trip to learn as if we were going on a trip. I researched information about the company in advance to try to answer many questions.

I learned new knowledge from the yellow color of noodles, fried with palm oil, I thought there was only one factory but I didn't expect there to be so many. Through this trip, I will try to study hard so that I can work in a big company in the future, visit many things and go to more places."

Help students gain confidence

Nguyen Hoang Minh shared: "My class has 4 representatives who go on field trips. This is a valuable experience for students, especially in their final year.

I gained a lot of knowledge when I saw the production process. Each company has its own production process, I know it is exclusive. I hope to have more useful trips like this."

"I was very excited and curious about the ingredients and processing. After being instructed, I learned that the ingredients of the noodles are safe, convenient for human life, shorten the time to prepare daily meals, have good ingredients and enough nutrients.

Through the trip, I learned confidence, listening skills, and more understanding, which is useful and meaningful to students" - Van Kim Ngan said.

Ms. Do Thi Dan Tram - teacher at Binh Tri Dong Secondary School, Binh Tan District - said that about 40 students in grade 9 went on a study tour.

"The students really enjoyed the field trip. A pack of noodles only cost about 4,000 VND, but seeing the production line with their own eyes, they felt it was very elaborate and hygienic. This trip also helped them experience and learn about the profession.

"The students have gained more observation skills and are more confident in communication. I hope there will be more field trips not only for grade 9 students, but also for grade 8 students who are in the process of changing their career so that they can learn more knowledge," said Ms. Tram.
