Introducing the company, Mr. Dang Quang Vinh - a company employee - said that Acecook has built a business model with the goal of bringing happiness to three main groups: customers, employees and society.
To achieve this goal, the company is constantly expanding its operations and distributing factories in three regions, to better meet market demand, create a good working environment for employees and contribute to community development.
The company has exported to 40 countries such as the US, Canada, UK, Germany, France... All input materials, production processes and output products are strictly guaranteed, meeting global standards on food safety (BRC Food).
In 2023, Vietnam will consume about 8 billion noodle packages, ranking 4th in the world after China, Indonesia and India, with an average of 81 noodle packages/person/year.

In addition, the students' questions about the process of frying noodles were thoroughly answered during the extracurricular session. Because for them, fried food has a great impact on their health.
Answering this question, Mr. Vinh said that the palm oil used in production is imported from Malaysia and Indonesia. This process uses new oil that is continuously pumped, absolutely no reuse of old oil, ensuring food hygiene and safety and consumer health.

Connecting knowledge and practice
During the extracurricular activity, students not only learned about the production process but also received useful lessons about nutrition. It was emphasized that instant noodles should be combined with vegetables and seafood to ensure nutritional balance.
Khuu Kim Nhung - a student of class 10.1 - said: "Before coming here to experience the real thing, I still heard people say that eating noodles will lead to cancer and heat in the body, but after coming here, it changed my thinking. In particular, I know how to eat more nutritious food."
Similarly, Nguyen Huynh Gia Thy - a student of grade 10.1 - confided: "I know it only takes 10 - 15 minutes to eat a cup of noodles, but after visiting the factory, I did not expect that it takes so much time and effort to make it. That helps me appreciate the efforts of the aunts, uncles, and workers in the factory more."

Sharing the reason for students to participate in this practical experience, Mr. Pham Duy Khanh - homeroom teacher of class 10.1, representative of the visiting delegation - said that instead of focusing only on pure theory, the new education program wants to develop skills and practical experience for students.
Especially for class 10.1 - the A block orientation class, the noodle factory tour helps them better grasp the knowledge they have learned in class.
In addition, through this hands-on experience, students not only observe but also learn more about management, quality, production, business, and even the life perspectives of those doing that job through conversations with factory employees.
"This activity cannot help students choose a suitable career immediately, but it will provide more information and perspective so that students have a better basis in the process of choosing a career later," said Mr. Khanh.
