Students had the opportunity to learn about the company's history and understand why the company chose the name Acecook (the trump card in meals). They learned about the raw materials and saw the noodle production process firsthand.
Go out and learn new things
Students were surprised by the 90% closed and automated noodle production process, with most workers focusing on the final stage.
Through steps such as: Mixing dough, rolling sheet, cutting to create fibers, steaming, automatic quantitative cutting, frying, cooling, seasoning packet feeding, packaging, quality control, packing and warehousing.
What makes you 'amazed' is that every minute that passes, the production line will produce 420 cups of noodles and 600 packages of noodles.
To meet the needs of diners, each factory will focus on the taste factors of each region of the North - Central - South. The company focuses on the typical production materials of each region, for example, the factory in Vinh Long province will focus on producing products related to rice fibers.
The company also focuses on certification, quality control, production process and output products. Any defective cup of noodles such as light, heavy, dented… will be removed from the production line.
You know that Hao Hao spicy and sour shrimp is considered the 'golden egg' of the company. Besides, the Acecook brand has many other outstanding products such as: De Nhat, Mikochi, Thai hotpot noodles, Bistro, Udon, vermicelli, porridge...
And achieved many achievements, Vietnam record with the largest number of purchases, top 9 best workplaces in Vietnam. In addition, the company also has social activities such as awarding scholarships, sponsoring eye and heart surgeries and other cultural, social and sports sponsorship packages.
Nguyen Ngoc Xuan Nhu (12A8 grade student, Vo Van Kiet High School, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City) said that because she really likes sightseeing and exploring, her class asked 10 friends to go with her to study.
“I took the initiative to learn about the company and really enjoyed it. I learned many new things such as the establishment process, ingredients and many other types of noodles. I was surprised by the knowledge that each region has different tastes.
I find this activity very meaningful, because this is the first time I have gone on a field trip during my time as a student, so I feel lucky. I have more direction for the future when I go on a field trip."

Useful activities
Nguyen Phuc Thinh (12A7 student, Vo Van Kiet High School, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City) shared: “I was very excited to visit the largest company in Vietnam. I learned about the history of its establishment and the social impacts that the company has made.
It helps me understand more about other professions and those who are interested in this industry will have a more general view."
Mr. Hong Hoang Le - teacher at Vo Van Kiet High School (District 8, Ho Chi Minh City) - said that the students were prepared and excited for the practical lesson.
“For practical experience activities, going out and witnessing the working process with your own eyes will greatly increase students' interest. It helps students 'sprout' inspiration for their career.
I find this activity very useful, so it should be organized regularly for elementary, middle and high school students. Each age group has a different perspective. Middle school students like to go out and explore, while high school students have different perspectives on careers," said Mr. Le.
Variety of job positions
Answering the question “How can I work at the company?”, Mr. Dang Quang Vinh – an employee of the company – said that the company’s employees will also have the opportunity to study and work in Japan.
“In the factory’s production stage, employees only need to have graduated from high school to be able to work. As for the office and administrative work group, the majority must have graduated from university.
When there is a need to recruit, the company will post information on the website. Candidates will submit their CVs and go through 3 rounds of interviews. The salary for each position will be different, ensuring that the salary is paid according to the job requirements" - Mr. Vinh informed.
“The company recruits for most positions, all jobs have the opportunity to work here. From business groups, market groups, media, advertising, healthcare, food industry, production… all can work. In the future, if you want to work, think and consider” – Mr. Vinh said.
