The conference thoroughly grasped and implemented the 2025 theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style on practicing thrift, fighting waste, practically building Yen Bai province to develop rapidly and sustainably in a green, harmonious, unique, and happy direction". In which, emphasizing the contents such as: some outstanding points in Ho Chi Minh's ideology on thrift, practicing thrift; some main points in Ho Chi Minh's ideology on fighting waste; Ho Chi Minh's exemplary example on practicing thrift, fighting waste; the Party's viewpoints and policies on practicing thrift, fighting waste...
At the same time, the delegates were informed and thoroughly grasped a number of directives and resolutions of the Party such as: Directive No. 42, dated January 16, 2025 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in the work of education on diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality, and impartiality; Regulation No. 262, dated February 3, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Regulation No. 22, dated July 28, 2021 of the Central Executive Committee on the work of inspection, supervision, and enforcement of Party discipline; and providing some domestic and international information.
Regarding the propaganda orientation in the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies requested that grassroots Party cells and committees continue to effectively implement a number of key tasks in the coming time, such as: continuing to implement Directive No. 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; participating in the Yen Bai Provincial Party Building Journalism Award in 2025; on the implementation of foreign information work in 2025; propagating the results of socio-economic development in 2024, goals, tasks and solutions in 2025; propagating the organization of studying and thoroughly grasping Resolution 57, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation, etc.
