Through the sharing of Associate Professor, Dr. Le Hai Binh, we can clearly feel that the Party is always with us, fighting for our happiness.
From the decisive factor in the victory of the revolution to the cause of innovation and now preparing to enter a new era, the era of the Vietnamese people's rise, in your opinion, over the past 95 years, what are the outstanding characteristics of our Party?
This is a big question. One of the very important lessons in the 95-year history of our Party is, first of all, the main viewpoint: People are the root.
Besides looking back at the history of the Vietnamese revolution, we also look at the world over the past century, at the ups and downs of nations and even the collapse of a regime, we see stories related to the people.
Therefore, over the past 95 years, our Party has thoroughly understood that all its actions are aimed at serving the people, and all its goals are set for the people. Up to now, despite being deeply aware of the enormous challenges, in order for the people to have an increasingly happy life, to reach new happiness, in the new era of the nation, our Party still sets for itself higher, more complex, and more challenging requirements, tasks, and goals. This is a sacrifice.

The second story also originates from that sacrifice, which is the Party's mettle.
I would like to say that, looking back now, why does our Party have prestige in the international arena, especially in the international Communist movement? The reason is that if we look at it comprehensively and comprehensively, our Party has a lot of experience, from leading the people to gain independence and unify the country, to taking power to develop the country. It can be said that our Party has very valuable experience for our friends to refer to.
Third is our Party's international contribution. In the first era of independence, freedom, and national unification, our Party was a source of encouragement, motivation, and conscience for humanity.
In the era of innovation and development, our Party has become a source of inspiration, especially for countries that want to develop and ensure social security for their people. Very few countries have been able to successfully achieve the Millennium Development Goals and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in a short period of time.
I believe that as we continue to steadily move forward into the era of growth, and are determined to achieve the strategic goal by 2045, the Party will once again become a source of inspiration for many countries, along with other workers' and communist parties around the world.
Surely there will be a fourth, a fifth and more… Looking back at that nearly century-long journey, our feelings and beliefs about the Party become even more evident, don't you think?
That’s right, there is much more to tell, because the 95-year history of our Party is a shining record of achievements and results. Especially the story of the people, the Party’s mettle, fighting power and contributions. As General Secretary To Lam emphasized, we can be completely confident in contributing to international politics, the global economy and human civilization.
It can be said that, before the Spring of the Party's 95th anniversary, looking back at the glorious journey of nearly a century, we continue to clearly feel the great trust of the people, the excitement and enthusiasm of the whole country when continuing to follow the path that the Party has shown.
That is the path to enter the era of national growth, and also the path to Socialism as Uncle Ho and the Party's predecessors chose in the spring of 95 years ago.

In 2025, Party Congresses at all levels will take place leading up to the 14th National Party Congress. How do you assess the importance of this Congress as well as the key elements that need to be focused on in the Congress?
We have Directive No. 35-CT/TW on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. With flexibility and response to practical needs, our Party has promptly made adjustments according to Directive No. 35-CT/TW so that all levels can properly implement and achieve results for congresses at all levels.
In the implementation of the congress, the first important issue is always the issue of documents. This time, the draft documents were sent early so that congresses at all levels could refer to them, demonstrating the democracy of our Party.
It is noteworthy that this time the document was directed by the Politburo, the Secretariat and headed by General Secretary To Lam. The document subcommittees have created very concise and short drafts, with a high spirit of innovation, carrying a new spirit, content and approach.
As General Secretary To Lam emphasized, the 14th National Party Congress marks the entry into an era of national development. Therefore, the documents of the 14th National Congress will be extremely important documents of historical significance, requiring in-depth discussion by the entire Party, people and army.
Next, regarding personnel, the era of advancement requires a cadre team that meets the requirements and tasks of the new era. We can clearly see that the Politburo and the Secretariat under the leadership of General Secretary To Lam have recently made major, clear, and distinct decisions regarding cadres, especially strategic cadres. Congresses at all levels must thoroughly grasp that spirit in order to select cadres with enough heart, vision, talent, and virtue to serve the Party, the Fatherland, and the people.
It can be said that these are two fundamental issues. 2025 is the year of congresses at all levels, but it is also a key year in implementing the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, creating an important premise for us to enter the following years of development.
Organizing congresses at all levels, but at the same time ensuring the tasks of socio-economic development, national defense, security and international integration. 2025 is on the one hand a very important year with many major celebrations, on the other hand a truly important and pivotal year for our Party, country and people to have a solid foundation to enter the era of national development.
