Citing evidence from his own business, Lenovo Vietnam General Director Nguyen Van Giap informed that from a hardware equipment supplier, Lenovo has shifted its investment to developing software and AI to support customers and users.

"AI agents play a prominent role as digital employees, not only helping businesses optimize operations but also saving costs," Mr. Nguyen Van Giap emphasized.

However, currently, Techcombank's IT Director Nguyen Anh Tuan said that what businesses care about is how to build a sustainable AI platform.

Sharing his experience in applying AI in businesses, Head of Consulting at CMC Global (CMC Group) Nguyen Dong Khanh said that in order for AI to be widely applied and bring value, business leaders must create a habit of using AI in the entire team.
