The 12th Nghia Trung Festival organized by the Nghia Trung Alumni Association in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces took place in Ho Chi Minh City on the evening of May 28. The program awarded many meaningful scholarships to students from Quang Ngai province studying in Ho Chi Minh City.
Students receive scholarships in the program
Specifically, the program awarded 21 scholarships to students from Nghia Trung Secondary School (Nghia Trung Commune, Tu Nghia District, Quang Ngai Province). This 12th program has 3 types of scholarships including: talent encouragement scholarships, study encouragement scholarships and scholarships for first-year students (worth from 3-5 million VND/scholarship).
Scholarships are awarded based on the student’s most recent semester’s academic performance or university entrance score. However, before that, to participate in the scholarship program, students need to write a review essay on a given topic each year.
In this 12th year, the topic given is the perception of the contest "Nghia Trung Beautiful Road" - a contest in the new rural construction movement in Nghia Trung commune in July 2022.
