On February 27, Lam Thao district organized the enforcement of the Decision on compulsory inventory in Song Cau area (area 16), Tien Kien commune to implement the project of building infrastructure for rural residential areas.
Enforcement session with full departments, agencies, unions and localities
The rural residential infrastructure construction project in Song Cau area has a total planning area of over 8,200m2 , involving 21 households. Up to now, 17/21 households have cooperated in carrying out the inventory, complying with the land recovery decision, receiving compensation, and handing over the site to the State.
The remaining 4 land users have not yet cooperated with competent authorities in the inventory of land and assets on the land because they have not agreed with the compensation and support prices according to State regulations.
In order for the project to be implemented on schedule, Lam Thao District People's Committee has issued 3 Decisions on the enforcement of the Decision on compulsory inventory for households that do not cooperate in implementing according to regulations, including: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoa's household, co-using land with Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nhan's household, plot No. 321, map sheet No. 9, recovered area 233/266m 2 ; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Loan's household, owner of plot No. 413, map sheet No. 9, recovered area 267m 2 ; Mr. Le Van Hung and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy's households, owners of plot No. 412, map sheet No. 9, recovered area 200m 2 .
Enforcement forces on duty
The enforcement of the Decision on compulsory inventory in Tien Kien commune aims to ensure the progress of the project to build infrastructure for rural residential areas in Song Cau area. The enforcement work took place in accordance with the procedures prescribed by law, ensuring absolute safety for people and property.
