On February 28, Hai Ha district held a conference to implement Resolution No. 18/NQ-HDND dated February 27, 2025 of the District People's Council and announced decisions on personnel work.
At the conference, the District Home Affairs Department announced the Resolution of the District People's Council on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the District People's Committee and the Decisions of the District People's Committee on the personnel consolidation of agencies under the management of the People's Committee.
Accordingly, the Department of Home Affairs was established on the basis of merging the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Home Affairs; the Department of Agriculture and Environment was established on the basis of merging the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the District Department of Natural Resources and Environment; the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas was established; and the Department of Culture, Science and Information was established.
At the conference, the District Department of Internal Affairs also announced the decision to transfer comrade Pham Thi Phan Huong, former Deputy Head of the District Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, to work at the District Department of Health as Deputy Head of the District Department of Health.
In order for the new apparatus to quickly come into effective operation, the Chairman of the Hai Ha District People's Committee requested the newly established agencies and units to quickly reorganize, continue to review, adjust, supplement, and perfect their functions and tasks. Restructure the staff of cadres and civil servants with sufficient qualities and capacity to meet the requirements and assigned tasks. Review, amend, and supplement regulations and working procedures to ensure that the agencies and units after the reorganization and consolidation operate effectively, meeting the requirements and tasks assigned by the district. Coordinate well with the provincial departments, branches, units, and localities in implementing key tasks of the departments and offices. Units continue to pay attention to fully and promptly implementing regimes and policies, ensuring the legitimate and legal rights and interests of cadres and civil servants affected by the process of reorganization of the apparatus.
