Steel stocks race to hit ceiling, VN-Index increases more than 4 points - Lang Son Newspaper

On February 27, the market opened in green, but then selling pressure increased, causing the main index to drop and gradually sink into red from the end of the morning session. VN-Index regained green at the end of the session thanks to the breakthrough of steel and real estate stocks and pillar stocks such as VCB and SSB. At the end of the session, VN-Index increased by 4.84 points to 1,307.80 points.

On the HoSE floor, the matched order value this session increased sharply compared to the previous session, reaching more than 17,754.17 billion VND.

Foreign investors continued to net sell nearly 639 billion VND on the HoSE. On the buying side, TCH shares were bought the most with a value of more than 42 billion VND, followed by DBC (39 billion VND), EIB (20 billion VND)... On the contrary, STB was sold the most (187 billion VND), followed by TPB (95 billion VND), VCB (95 billion VND)...

Today's session, the VN30 group of stocks closed with 14 stocks increasing, 3 stocks remaining unchanged and 13 stocks decreasing.

Of which, HPG increased 2.52% to VND28,450/share, VCB increased 1.84% to VND94,000/share, SSB increased 1.04%.

Codes: ACB, CTG, GVR, HDB, MSN, SSI, VHM, VIB, VIC, VPB, VRE increased slightly.

Three codes stopped at reference, including: BVH, MBB, SAB.

On the other hand, VNM decreased by 1.43% to VND62,200/share. The remaining codes: BCM, BID, FPT, GAS, LPB, MWG, PLX, SHB, STB, TCB, TPB, VJC decreased slightly.

In terms of industry groups, groups steel stocks attracted strong cash flow and continued to flourish with a series of codes competing to break out. Besides HPG mentioned above, HMC increased by 2.07%, HSG increased to the ceiling price of 19,150 VND/share, NKG increased to the full range of 15,450 VND/share, SMC showed purple with an increase of 6,560 VND/share, TLH increased to the ceiling price of 5,950 VND/share, VCA increased by 1.12%.

The group of securities stocks closed in the green with an increase of 0.57%. Besides SSI mentioned above, BSI increased by 2.08%, FTS increased by 1.91%, CTS increased by 1.57%, HCM, ORS, TVB, TVS, VCI, VDS, VIX increased slightly, AGR stopped at the reference. On the contrary, TCI decreased by 2.2%, DSE decreased by 2%, APG decreased by 1.09%, VND decreased slightly.

Group bank stocks With the help of the big brother VCB, it has recovered after yesterday's slight decline. In addition to the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, LPB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, other codes such as: EIB, OCB stopped at reference, MSB decreased slightly, NAB decreased by 1.1%.

Real estate stocks unexpectedly broke out and closed the session up 0.77%. Of which, many codes increased strongly such as: DTA, FDC hit the ceiling, CCL increased by 2.2%, CKG increased by 2.25%, DIG increased by 2.58%, DXG increased by 3.91%, FIR increased by 2.1%, HDC increased by 2.67%, HTN increased by 2.97%, IJC increased by 2.06%, NTL increased by 2.81%, NVL increased by 2.02%, PDR increased by 3.13%, SJS increased by 2.34%, TCH increased by 3.52%, TIP increased by 3.56%...

Besides, industry groups such as: raw materials increased by 1.75%, production materials, food, beverages and tobacco, health care, and energy increased slightly.

On the other hand, insurance, transportation, utilities, distribution and retail of durable goods, consumer and decorative goods, telecommunications, and software decreased slightly.

* The Vietnamese stock market index increased sharply at the end of the session today, VNXALL-Index closed up 7.59 points (+0.35%), to 2,179.97 points. Liquidity in the whole market, with trading volume reaching 867.85 million units, equivalent to trading value reaching 19,052.49 billion VND. In the whole market, there were 233 stocks increasing in price, 92 stocks remaining unchanged and 146 stocks decreasing in price.

* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 239.39 points, up 0.79 points (+0.33%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 69.99 million units transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND 1,220.85 billion. The entire floor had 96 stocks increasing, 53 stocks remaining unchanged and 84 stocks decreasing.

The HNX30 index closed up 1.78 points (+0.35%) to 504.82 points. Trading volume reached about 38.20 million units, with a corresponding value of more than VND806.26 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 13 stocks increasing, 9 stocks remaining unchanged and 8 stocks decreasing.

On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index increased, closing at 99.81 points, up 0.09 points (+0.09%). Market liquidity, total trading volume reached more than 61.42 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 782,003 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 165 stocks increasing, 92 stocks remaining unchanged and 134 stocks decreasing.

* At the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 4.84 points (+0.37%) to 1,307.80 points. Liquidity reached over 891.70 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND18,708.48 billion. The entire floor had 237 stocks increasing, 90 stocks remaining unchanged and 215 stocks decreasing.

The VN30 Index increased by 3.06 points (+0.22%) to 1,363.62 points. Liquidity reached over 247.98 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND7,622.89 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 14 stocks increasing, 3 stocks remaining unchanged and 13 stocks decreasing.

The five stocks with the highest trading volume were HPG (over 51.12 million units), VIX (over 39.56 million units), HSG (over 33.68 million units), BCG (over 31.28 million units), NKG (over 28.03 million units).

The five stocks with the highest price increase were FDC (6.98%), HSG (6.98%), SAM (6.94%), NKG (6.92%), LBM (6.90%).

The five stocks with the biggest price declines were SVI (-6.86%), SC5 (-6.85%), TIX (-6.73%), CCI (-6.44%), TCD (-5.62%).

* Today's derivatives market had 170,751 contracts traded, worth VND 23,192.88 billion.
