"I would like to exempt the ride for the disabled, the blind, lottery ticket sellers; people with disabilities; unemployed people in difficult circumstances.
I also support cars that run out of gas or have flat tires. If you need it, call me. The cost is just a smile," reads a sign posted on a technology driver's car.
The news touched many passengers, who took photos, recorded videos and posted them on social networks.

The sign did not contain any information other than the driver’s phone number and name. The image quickly attracted tens of thousands of views and interactions on social media.
It is known that the owner of the sign is Mr. Tien (born in 1996, living in Ho Chi Minh City), a technology motorbike taxi driver. Mr. Tien confided that he has been in the profession for more than a year.
During his work, Mr. Tien met many people with many different circumstances.
"There are many people whose circumstances are so difficult that I didn't think they could suffer so much. So I think I should do something to help them, it's called "helping each other," Tien said.
In the past 4 months, since taking on free transportation for people in difficult circumstances, the male driver's working days have been much busier, and his income has also decreased compared to before.
Every day, he has to wake up early, charge his motorbike's battery, and then hit the road to make a living. Whenever someone calls to ask for a free ride or reports running out of gas or a flat tire, the male driver will stop running to help. If the motorbike runs out of battery, he will return home to get his motorbike and continue his journey to help people.
Despite his hard work, driver Tien still spends time, effort, and money to help others (Photo: NVCC).
"Working hard all day like that, I'm much more tired but I feel very happy. People often ask me to take them to the doctor, home or to the agency to buy lottery tickets to sell.
Most of the people who "asked for help" were manual workers and in difficult circumstances. So I was really happy to help them save money on their daily motorbike taxi fares," Tien confided. He also had an "acquaintance" with a disabled woman. Every day, at the appointed time, Tien would come to pick her up without charging her a penny.
Once, he gave a free ride to an illiterate man and enthusiastically taught him how to spell. Normally, the male driver would not ask about the circumstances of special guests, because he thought that everyone had their own self-respect.
Tien shared that since he put up the signboard to provide free support to the needy, he has helped many people in the area, on their journey to make a living in every corner. He was happy to receive smiles and sincere thanks, but also had to face a lot of trouble because of malicious rumors.
"My phone number was posted on social media, so many people called to... borrow money. They said that because I help people like that, I must be rich and drive because of my passion. It's true that I'm rich, but I'm rich in emotions," Tien laughed.
At the age of 28, the male driver confided that he himself had to struggle to make a living, earning "three sticks and three coins" every day to take care of himself and his family like any other worker. Recently, the competitive job and decreasing income have made him worried. However, he still tries to help others to find positive things, to relieve some of the pressure for himself.
"I hope to be able to help the right people, within my ability. That's why I only use smiles to make life more beautiful and easier," Tien confided.
