Organize high school graduation exam review in no more than 3 weeks

At the same time, schools need to improve the quality of formal teaching so that students can learn effectively during class time, limiting the need for extra classes. Students should not be forced to attend extra classes in any form.

Check and review the assignment of teachers' duty periods, ensuring sufficient compulsory teaching volume. At the same time, strictly implement, fully and accurately declare data on the extra teaching and learning management system to ensure transparent and effective management.

Review the budget for educational activities, prepare additional estimates if necessary and submit to the Department for consideration of compensation. Ensure reasonable use of the budget, prioritize educational activities, support students, avoid loss or unreasonable allocation to teacher income.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu also assigned the General Education Department to check the assessment of students' abilities and guide schools to improve the quality of formal teaching.

The Financial Planning Department is responsible for guiding schools in developing budgets, ensuring funding for educational activities, proactively proposing and advising the City People's Committee to supplement funding if necessary, controlling revenue and expenditure, and preventing over-collection or organizing collection outside of regulations.

The Department of Management of Non-Public Educational Institutions shall preside over and coordinate with relevant units to monitor and evaluate the implementation of extra teaching and learning, and advise and propose policy adjustments if there are any shortcomings.

The head of the education sector assigned the Department Office to develop software to manage extra teaching and learning, and at the same time guide and supervise data entry to ensure complete and accurate updates on the system.

High schools must proactively organize training or thoroughly understand the examination invigilation procedures for staff and teachers before participating in the examination, ensuring a firm grasp of the process and minimizing errors. Arrange flexible subject combinations to meet the diverse needs of students, creating favorable conditions for studying and transferring schools when necessary; review facilities and teaching staff to ensure the best learning conditions for admitted students.

The Department of Examinations and Education Quality Assessment organizes general training for the entire industry on examination supervision, providing unified guidance on regulations and procedures for organizing exams, ensuring seriousness and fairness in the implementation process.

The Department of Continuing Education - Vocational and University coordinates with specialized departments and related units to organize career orientation activities for students, right from junior high school level, to help students make appropriate choices before taking the 10th grade entrance exam.
