This program not only teaches theory but also equips students with important "dual skills": being proficient in new technologies such as AI, Big Data, and being solid in the art of digital business - something that 70% of businesses are looking for in their human resources.

Students will learn from basic to advanced about AI technology in operating e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop. Students will master AI technology in data analysis and automating processes such as marketing and customer care. In particular, the curriculum focuses up to 70% on practice, helping students not only "know" but also be able to "do".

Students will learn how to build an automated sales system, manage sales platforms, and create a professional e-commerce website during their studies. This allows students to directly participate in real-world business while still in school.

According to the school representative, a prominent element in the e-commerce training program at Vietnam-USA College Hanoi is the focus on practical operations and optimizing customer experience. Opportunity to study e-commerce in China

China is now the world’s largest e-commerce market, with prominent platforms such as Alibaba, JD.com and Pinduoduo. China is a leader in developing new business models such as livestream shopping and cross-border e-commerce, while applying advanced technologies such as AI, Big Data and digital payments to optimize the consumer experience. China’s e-commerce industry is growing strongly and continues to lead the global trend, especially in the use of new technologies and logistics optimization.

Currently, Vietnam-USA College Hanoi cooperates with the school, Guangdong Vocational Technical Institute, to provide opportunities to receive scholarships to study e-commerce in China. The e-commerce training program also provides study abroad opportunities with the 2+1 model, helping students study 2 years at Vietnam-USA and 1 year in China. Students will receive a regular college degree from Vietnam-USA College Hanoi and a Guangdong Vocational Technical degree - specializing in cross-border e-commerce, along with an international language certificate.
