How to make steamed pork feet with beer:
Step 1: Grill the pig's feet until golden brown, then wash, cut into bite-sized pieces and drain.
Next, you prepare the other ingredients. Wash the lemongrass, crush it, and chop it finely; mince the ginger and onion, and stir-fry the star anise and cinnamon until fragrant. Ingredients for making braised pork leg with coca cola:
+ 1 pig's trotter
+ 1 can of coke
+ Coconut water
+ Ginger, lemongrass, onion, garlic, chili, star anise
+ Spices: cooking oil, oyster sauce, fish sauce, caramel, sugar, seasoning powder, pepper, chili powder, chili sauce.
How to make braised pork leg with coca cola:
Step 1: Wash the pig's feet with boiling water, add a little salt and ginger to remove the smell. After draining, marinate with chopped shallots, lemongrass, garlic, and chili for 30 minutes to absorb the spices.
Step 2: Set the pressure cooker to stir-fry mode, saute onion, garlic, lemongrass, and chili until fragrant and add 2 star anise. Next, add the pork leg and stir-fry until firm, add coconut water and coca cola until it covers the meat.

Making:
Step 1: Wash the pig's feet and remove the bones. To remove the odor, blanch the pig's feet in hot water and add a little vinegar. Then, tie the top of the pig's feet tightly with string so the meat doesn't come loose. Do not marinate the meat inside, dip it in salt, pepper and lemon juice to eat it as is, it will be more delicious.
Step 2: Steam the pig's feet for about 30 minutes until the skin is cooked, then use a bamboo skewer or a tool to poke the skin of the pig's feet. Next, mix lemon and salt together and brush it on the pig's feet and drain. Once done, fry in a steam fryer at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

How to make braised pork leg with fresh bamboo shoots:
Soak the bamboo shoots in salt water, wash them, then boil them in 2-3 waters to reduce the bitterness. Take them out and soak them in cold water.
Wash the pig's feet, boil briefly, discard the first water, then marinate with minced onion and garlic, pepper, fish sauce, sugar, seasoning powder and a little caramel for about 30 minutes to absorb the spices.
