AI is gradually becoming popular in digital content creation
In order to meet the needs of digital transformation, Banking Times has just organized a specialized training course on "Application of AI in digital content creation" for journalists and media officers at commercial banks. This training course not only focuses on modern journalism skills but also opens up a new perspective on the application of AI to optimize the production and content creation process. Banking Times plans to integrate two AI assistants into its application: an assistant for teaching English in finance and banking and a financial consulting assistant. This will be a useful tool to help users improve their knowledge and skills in the financial field, while accessing information quickly and accurately.

AI helps improve public financial management efficiency
Not only creating digital content, applying AI in public financial management not only helps improve processes but also increases transparency and efficiency in state management.
Speaking to the press, Mr. Le Hong Quang, General Director of MISA, said that AI can support the professional work of officials and civil servants as a virtual assistant. AI is capable of providing customer support services, responding to legal documents or providing policy guidance automatically, helping to reduce workload and increase work efficiency.
Regarding compliance monitoring and risk management, Mr. Le Hong Quang said that in the financial sector, AI is used to monitor compliance with tax and customs policies and forecast budget revenue and expenditure. The application of AI helps ensure transparency and fairness in tax obligations and prevent loss of state budget. At the same time, AI also supports taxpayers by providing more intuitive and convenient guidance tools.
At the workshop "Business Management in the AI Era: Improving Performance with AI and Smart Data", Dr. Can Van Luc - Member of the National Financial and Monetary Policy Advisory Council emphasized: AI is not just a trend but has become a decisive factor in business performance. McKinsey's 2024 report shows that 65% of the global workforce has applied Generative AI to their work, but only 15% of businesses have recorded clear profits from this technology. The most popular AI application areas include: Marketing (54%), Technology (39%) and Finance (16%). This expert emphasized that businesses need to build a long-term AI strategy, effectively manage data and develop a competent workforce to fully exploit the potential of this technology.
To apply AI most effectively in state management, especially in the financial sector, Mr. Le Hong Quang proposed that there should be AI tools to support civil servants in each specific task. Investment in AI should be made in accordance with the budget and actual needs, in order to solve the major problems of the sector.
According to experts, the application of AI in digital content creation and public financial management is opening up many opportunities and challenges. To maximize the benefits of AI, agencies and organizations need to proactively approach and apply this technology effectively, while training and improving the skills of employees to meet the needs of the digital age.
The deployment of AI applications is also of interest to Party and State leaders, many units, ministries and enterprises. In 3 days from March 12 to 14, 2025, the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Semiconductors (AISC) 2025 will be held, organized by Aitomactic, USA and the National Innovation Center (NIC) officially opened. AISC is an important international event on the combination of AI and semiconductors, providing opportunities to access the latest information, connect cross-border businesses and affirm Vietnam's role in the global semiconductor and artificial intelligence industry value chain.
