According to the recently signed memorandum of understanding, Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee will coordinate with Vingroup Corporation to research and develop the Green Transformation, Green Growth, and Sustainable Development Program for the province in the period 2025 - 2030. The People's Committee of Lao Cai province will study the planning, introduce locations for installing charging stations, and support the development of charging station infrastructure for Vingroup's member companies.

The two sides also seek opportunities in the fields of green industrial parks, carbon credit projects, digital transformation, culture, conservation, healthcare, green infrastructure and use of green capital, investment promotion and attraction.
