- E5RON92 gasoline: No higher than VND 20,878/liter (remains the same as current retail price), VND 1,137/liter lower than RON95-III gasoline;

- RON95-III gasoline: Not higher than VND 22,015/liter (remains the same as current retail price);

- Diesel 0.05S: Not higher than VND 18,174/liter (increase of VND 146/liter compared to current retail price);

- Kerosene: Not higher than VND 17,956/liter (increase of VND 133/liter compared to current retail price);

- Mazut oil 180CST 3.5S: Not higher than 14,587 VND/kg (132 VND/kg lower than current retail price).

According to the joint ministries, the world oil market in this adjustment period is affected by factors such as: Supply cuts from the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its partners (OPEC +); Iran's oil exports and production increase despite US sanctions; the US Federal Reserve (Fed) decides to keep interest rates unchanged in the June 2023 adjustment period after 10 consecutive increases before; concerns about reduced energy demand due to weak global economic growth... These factors have caused oil prices to fluctuate, but in general, they have increased.

In this operating period, in response to the developments in world oil prices and current regulations, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance decided to continue to reduce the allocation of the Price Stabilization Fund for all petroleum products and continue not to spend the Price Stabilization Fund for all petroleum products.

Since the beginning of the year, gasoline prices have undergone 18 price adjustments, including 9 increases, 6 decreases, and 3 unchanged prices.
