On March 15, at My Dinh National Stadium (Hanoi), T&T Group and Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) successfully organized the SHB - T&T Cultural Festival 2025. The event marked a new chapter in the 32-year journey of SHB and T&T Group growing with the country.
SHB – T&T Cultural Festival Explodes: The Mark of Record Numbers
With the theme “Steadfastly entering the new era”, SHB – T&T Cultural Festival gathered more than 15,000 people representing a total of 80,000 employees of SHB and T&T Group, with the selection criteria being to prioritize workers directly involved in production in domestic and foreign fields of the two economic organizations. This is not only an internal activity, but also a grand and highly symbolic cultural event, clearly demonstrating the spirit of innovation of the two leading economic organizations in Vietnam.
On a huge area of over 6,000m2, advanced mapping technology covers the entire floor, turning My Dinh Stadium into an unprecedentedly vivid stage, where impressive art activities, exhibitions and parades take place.

The corporate imprint of T&T Group and SHB is truly demonstrated through a large-scale parade. Inspired by the parade ritual at the Olympic Games, the industry groups appear simultaneously with their own flags and colors, demonstrating the diversity, strength and pride of each field that T&T Group and SHB are pioneering in developing.
The sacred moment when more than 15,000 people sang the Vietnamese National Anthem together not only demonstrated the spirit of solidarity and national pride, but also set a Vietnamese record for the largest number of officers and employees participating in the flag-raising ceremony and singing the National Anthem at the same location in Vietnam. In particular, the participation of the family of the late musician Van Cao, the author of the National Anthem, further enhanced the profound meaning of the event.
Honoring National Identity – A Journey of Shining Pride
Not only bearing the mark of creativity, modern technology and demonstrating the stature of the enterprise, SHB - T&T Cultural Festival 2025 is also a journey to honor traditional values, combined with the spirit of innovation to move towards the future. One of the special highlights of the event was the ceremony of carrying the sacred flame from Hung Temple to light up My Dinh Stadium. That flame is a symbol of the indomitable spirit and strong will that has been passed down through generations. The ceremony of carrying the flame not only bears the Olympic mark, but is also a strong declaration of T&T Group and SHB in the journey of dedication, joining hands to build, reaching out with the country, firmly stepping into the era of national prosperity.

At the event, businessman Do Quang Hien, Executive Chairman of T&T Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SHB Bank sent a new message to the leadership and employees - which is also an important call for new opportunities and fortunes for the country. Accordingly, businessman Do Quang Hien affirmed that, following the heroic tradition of the history of the Vietnamese nation, more than 80,000 employees in the T&T Group - SHB system will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, confidence, self-reliance, national pride, determination to innovate, create, and develop based on 4 pillars: Reforming mechanisms, policies, regulations, and processes; People are the subject; Taking customers and markets as the center; Modernizing information technology and digital transformation.
