The book has 766 pages, with 80 articles, speeches, and interviews selected from more than 500 articles and 71 photos about General Secretary To Lam's visits and work at the Public Security units, localities, and grassroots areas during his time as Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee and Minister of Public Security.
