On September 5, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Head of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ngai City (Quang Ngai) said that he had sent a petition to the authorities requesting clarification of the motive and purpose of the person spreading the news that he received money to "buy a school".

Previously, some Facebook groups in Quang Ngai posted information: "To get a place at Nguyen Nghiem Secondary School (Quang Ngai City), parents must spend 30 million VND or more for Mr. Hung - Quang Ngai Education Department". This information was shared by many social network users and attracted public attention.

According to Mr. Hung, the content posted on social media is slanderous, affecting his personal reputation and the education sector of Quang Ngai City. Since the false information appeared that he received money from parents to "buy school places", many people asked about him, causing him a lot of trouble.
