In Van Ha commune (Phuc Tho district), Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Quang Duc visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Doan Thi Be (born in 1922), whose husband is Nguyen Van Phuc - a martyr fighting against the French and whose son is Nguyen Minh Tan - a martyr fighting against the Americans.

Next, in Hat Mon commune (Phuc Tho district), Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department Nguyen Quang Duc visited and presented gifts to veteran Nguyen Hoang Luong (born in 1934), a Lieutenant of C350 d76. During the resistance war, veteran Nguyen Hoang Luong participated in protecting Hanoi Television Station and evacuated to Thach That district. After the resistance war, Mr. Luong returned to participate in local production labor.
