Hanoi: Land auction in Phuc Tho district, starting price from 8.9 million/m2

Information from the Land Fund Development Center of Phuc Tho district said that this unit has coordinated with Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company to complete procedures to organize an auction of land use rights for 7 plots of land in 2 communes of Trach My Loc (6 plots) and Ngoc Tao commune (1 plot).

The land plot in Ngoc Tao commune, Dong Cau Loc area, has an area of ​​121.8m2. The starting auction price is determined to be from 10,673,000 VND/m2.

Meanwhile, 6 plots of land in Trach My Loc commune, Doc Tranh area, have an area of ​​86.2 - 181.5m2/plot. The starting auction price is from 8,932,000 VND/m2.

Individuals who are eligible to be allocated land by the State according to the provisions of Article 119 of the 2024 Land Law and Article 38 of the 2016 Law on Property Auction have the right to submit documents to participate in the auction.

Phuc Tho District Land Fund Development Center and Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company organize the sale of participation documents for organizations and individuals from now until 5:00 p.m. on April 4, 2025. The auction is expected to be held on April 10, 2025.
