Kinhtedothi - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee Nguyen Quang Duc and leaders of Hai Ba Trung District respectfully presented the Party Badge and congratulated 6 Party members on their 80th, 75th and 70th years of Party membership.

Today, November 4, Standing Committee member, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Quang Duc attended the Party Badge Awarding Ceremony on the occasion of the 107th anniversary of the Russian October Revolution (November 7, 1917 - November 7, 2024) at the Hai Ba Trung District Party Committee.

According to the Hai Ba Trung District Party Committee, this time, the District Party Committee has 320 Party members awarded or posthumously awarded the Party Badge. Of which, 3 comrades received the 80-year Party badge, 2 comrades received the 75-year Party badge, and 6 comrades received the 70-year Party badge.

At the ceremony, Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Quang Duc and leaders of Hai Ba Trung District respectfully presented Party badges and congratulatory flowers to 6 party members who were 80, 75 and 70 years old in the Party. The remaining 5 elderly party members, due to health reasons, had to be presented at their homes by the District Party Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Quang Duc said that on November 7, 2024, the entire City Party Committee had 6,363 Party members honored to receive the Party Badge. At the same time, he emphasized that the awarding of the noble Party Badge demonstrates the Party, State and People's recognition and respect for the merits and contributions of comrades to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, to the cause of fighting for national independence, building and defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

On this occasion, the Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee commended the outstanding results in socio-economic development achieved by the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Ba Trung District in the first 10 months of 2024. Of which, the total budget revenue by the end of September was more than 7,916.1 billion VND, reaching 96% of the city's estimate and the estimate assigned by the District People's Council.

Regular and key contents in Party building work continue to be implemented synchronously, achieving quite comprehensive results. The District Party Committee and Party committees at all levels continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovate leadership style and methods towards science, democracy, and closeness to reality in conjunction with implementing Directive No. 24-CT/TU dated August 7, 2023 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee "on strengthening discipline, discipline and responsibility in handling work in the political system of Hanoi City".

The District Party Committee has established 3 sub-committees to serve the 27th Congress and the Working Groups of the sub-committees; implementing Plan No. 242-KH/TU dated May 31, 2024 of the City Party Committee Standing Committee on implementing the organization work to serve the 14th National Congress of the Party.

"The results the district has achieved since the beginning of the year are the result of the efforts of the entire political system and all classes of people, including the important contributions of the party members who were honored to receive the Party Badge today," affirmed the Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
