(Baoquangngai.vn)- At the launching ceremony of the tree planting program "Vietcombank - For a green Vietnam" in 2025, Vietcombank Quang Ngai branch and Vietcombank Dung Quat branch planted 50 purple Lagerstroemia trees at the Cultural House of Doc Lap village, Tinh An Tay commune (Quang Ngai city).
On the morning of February 28, at the Cultural House of Doc Lap village, Tinh An Tay commune (Quang Ngai city), Vietcombank Quang Ngai branch and Vietcombank Dung Quat branch coordinated with the Provincial Youth Union to organize a launching ceremony in response to the tree planting program "Vietcombank - For a green Vietnam" in 2025.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Deputy Director - Chairwoman of Vietcombank Trade Union Quang Ngai branch Lu Thi Van Anh said that the program "Vietcombank - For a green Vietnam" will be deployed nationwide from 2023, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Vietcombank's establishment and receiving the title of Labor Hero. This is also an activity to implement Uncle Ho's teaching: "Spring is the season for planting trees, making the country more and more green", responding to the movement "Planting 1 billion trees for a green Vietnam" launched by the Prime Minister. At the same time, it concretizes Vietcombank's policy of building a green bank, sustainable development for the community. In 2025, the program will be implemented in February.
