| Up to now, the whole Bao Loc city has had 283/289 party cells under the grassroots party committees completing the Congress for the 2025 - 2027 term. |
From 283 Party cells, the Congress elected 567 Party cell committee members; of which, there were 266 female Party cell committee members, accounting for 46.9%. In terms of professional qualifications, there was 1 comrade with a doctorate, 53 comrades with a master's degree, 327 comrades with a university degree, and 173 comrades with college and intermediate degrees. In terms of political theory qualifications, there were 29 comrades with advanced degrees, 304 comrades with intermediate degrees, and 223 comrades with elementary degrees.
In order to prepare the best conditions for the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, Bao Loc City Party Committee held a conference to disseminate the directives of the Central Committee, Provincial Party Committee and Bao Loc City Party Committee on the organization of the Congresses of subordinate Party cells to grassroots Party Committees. Since then, grassroots Party Committees have promptly issued implementation plans from the preparation of document content, personnel plans to the time of organizing the Congresses at subordinate Party cells; at the same time, disseminate, inspect, and review the contents as well as personnel plans, and guide grassroots Party organizations, so the preparation and organization of the Congresses at subordinate Party cells of grassroots Party Committees in Bao Loc City have been organized closely and in accordance with regulations.

According to the assessment, the propaganda and direction of the Congress were closely and tightly implemented by the Party cells under the grassroots Party Committee, well implementing the approved contents and personnel plans. Up to now, there have been no complaints or complaints related to the election at the Party cell congresses that have been held. This shows that the preparation and organization of the Congress were carried out in accordance with regulations, especially the preparation of content and personnel, creating high support and consensus among cadres and Party members. Along with that, the personnel plans were planned, reviewed, and approved closely, in accordance with the Party's procedures and regulations.
Bao Loc City Party Committee currently has 19 grassroots Party Committees and 298 Party cells directly under the grassroots Party Committees. Of these, 254 Party cells are directly under the Party Committees of wards and communes; 21 Party cells are directly under the Party Committee of the Public Service Units; 3 Party cells are directly under the Party Committee of the Armed Forces and 11 Party cells are directly under the Party Committee of the Enterprise Sector.
Currently, there are 6 Party cells under the Party Committee of Vietnam Sericulture Company that have not yet held a Congress because they were just received from the Party Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Business Bloc since February 20, 2025.
