According to the source, on the afternoon of July 18, people discovered a male body suspected to be Mr. S. floating on the Saigon River, passing through Road 10 (Hiep Binh Chanh Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City), so they reported it. The police were present to bring the victim's body to shore for examination.
Upon receiving the information, Mr. S.'s relatives and friends went to the scene to identify the body. However, because the body showed signs of decomposition, identification was difficult.
