In October, the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption continued to perform well the assigned tasks and regularly directed the work of anti-corruption in the assigned areas and fields. The direction of the implementation of anti-corruption tasks in the month was widely deployed on the four pillars of "Cannot - Do not dare - Do not want - Do not need". The Steering Committee members and functional agencies had relatively close coordination in implementing anti-corruption work and handling cases and incidents in general and cases and incidents under the monitoring and direction of the Provincial Steering Committee, basically ensuring progress according to the set plan.

Deploying the key tasks of November, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Steering Committee and its members to closely follow the assigned tasks, strengthen the direction, thoroughly implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws on anti-corruption, ensuring focus and suitability with the actual conditions of each agency and unit; especially focusing on propagating the book of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on "Resolutely and persistently fighting against anti-corruption, contributing to building our Party and State increasingly clean and strong" associated with the results of handling corruption and negative cases to raise awareness, create consensus and support of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and the masses for anti-corruption work in the province. Organize the effective implementation of Plan No. 225-KH/TU dated July 18, 2023 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to overcome the recommendations of the working delegation of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption after inspecting and supervising this work in our province. In order to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of the province's anti-corruption work, it is necessary to continue to lead the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of inspection, investigation, prosecution, and trial of serious and complicated cases of corruption that are of public concern; focus on leading and directing the acceleration of the investigation and handling of local cases of corruption, especially cases and incidents under the supervision and direction of the Provincial Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption. In addition, continue to direct the strengthening of administrative procedure reform, effectively implementing digital transformation, and applying science and technology in management and operation; Review and overcome shortcomings in local legal documents issued to prevent acts of corruption. Officials and party members must set an example in implementing a culture of integrity and non-corruption; at the same time, further promote the role and responsibility of the People's Council, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations from the provincial to grassroots levels, the press and the people in the fight against corruption.
