Provincial Police announced decisions on personnel work in Tan Hung

On the morning of March 1, authorized by the Director of Long An Provincial Police, Lieutenant Colonel Vo Van Loc - Head of the Foreign Security Department/Provincial Police went to Tan Hung district to hand over decisions on personnel work.

Police officers received decisions on transfer to new units.

On the afternoon of February 28, 2025, the Provincial Police Department issued decisions to transfer 36 police officers from Tan Hung district to work at the provincial police departments and the police of communes and towns inside and outside the district. Of these, 12 officers will return to the Provincial Police Department and hold leadership positions at the department level; 24 officers will return to the commune-level police department, with 8 officers appointed to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the commune-town police department of Tan Hung district.

Presenting the decisions of the Provincial Police Director and speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Vo Van Loc thoroughly grasped the instructions of the Long An Provincial Police Director in the process of implementing organizational arrangement, streamlining the apparatus, and eliminating intermediate levels.

Previously, the Director of Long An Provincial Police also decided to transfer to the province the officers who are Chiefs and Deputy Chiefs of Tan Hung District Police and appoint them to department-level leadership positions of the Provincial Police.
