On the morning of May 31, the People's Court of Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City reopened the trial of the loan contract dispute between the plaintiff, Ms. Dang Thuy Trang, and the defendant, Ms. Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien (Miss Thuy Tien), and the dispute over compensation for damages outside the contract between the plaintiff, Miss Thuy Tien, and the defendant, Ms. Trang.

During the trial on the morning of May 31, Thuy Tien was absent due to her schedule abroad. Her authorized representative, Ms. Do Thi Nu, and legal representative, lawyer Ngo Huynh Phuong Thao, came to work.

Here, the presiding judge said that up to now, the People's Court of Go Vap District has not yet decided to separate the two cases. Therefore, the case of Ms. Trang suing Thuy Tien and the case of Thuy Tien suing Ms. Trang were both resolved in the court session on the morning of May 31.

However, Thuy Tien's representative said that after merging the two lawsuits, the court has not yet initiated legal proceedings against Thuy Tien's lawsuit against Ms. Trang, so the representative of the beauty queen born in 1998 agreed to withdraw the lawsuit with the hope that the case would be resolved quickly, avoiding prolongation.

Regarding the case of Ms. Dang Thuy Trang suing Thuy Tien over a property loan contract dispute, the panel of judges declared that it did not accept Ms. Thuy Trang’s request to demand Ms. Thuy Tien the amount of 1.5 billion VND. The court also rejected Ms. Dang Thuy Trang’s request for compensation for damages of 14.9 million VND.
