Nghe An Traffic Police save man from critical condition

Preliminary information, at around 10:30 a.m. on March 21, Working Group No. 4, Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 (Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police) was on patrol duty to ensure traffic safety and order at Km 32 National Highway 7C (section belonging to Nghi Kieu Commune, Nghi Loc District, Nghe An) when they discovered a pickup truck with strange signs.

Ms. Nguyen Thi H. (born in 1978, residing in Nghia Phuc commune, Tan Ky district, Nghe An) panicked and said that her husband had a stroke, his mouth was crooked, he could no longer speak, and his condition was very bad. At that time, the road was crowded and congested.

After being taken to the hospital for emergency treatment, Ms. H.'s husband, Mr. Nguyen Canh H. (born in 1975, residing in Tan Ky district), is now out of danger and his health is gradually stabilizing.
