Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son affirmed the role of enterprises in economic and social development and social security work. He emphasized that in 2025, Tuyen Quang province set a growth target of 10.05%. GRDP scale reached 55,786 billion VND. GRDP per capita reached 66.69 million VND. To achieve that goal, efforts and contributions from enterprises are needed. This Conference aims to discuss and listen to recommendations from enterprises to state management agencies, remove difficulties and obstacles, create conditions and motivation for enterprises to promote production and business.

According to the report of the Department of Finance, there are currently 2,837 non-state enterprises in the province, 19 enterprises with 100% foreign investment capital. The main fields of operation are trade and services with over 1,506 enterprises, accounting for 53%; industry - construction with over 1,203 enterprises, accounting for over 42%; agriculture, forestry and fishery with 128 enterprises, accounting for 4.5%. In 2024, revenue from the non-state economic sector and foreign enterprises will reach over 867 billion VND. Production and business activities of enterprises in 2024 will begin to recover, positively affecting the economic recovery of the province. Enterprises in the province have exploited the potential strengths of the locality; contributing to promoting production development, creating jobs, increasing budget revenue, and improving people's lives.

However, besides the achieved results, there are still many limitations such as: The number of enterprises in the province in recent years has increased in quantity but the growth rate is not high, the majority of enterprises in the private economic sector are classified as small and medium enterprises, accounting for over 98%. Production and business projects of enterprises are mainly small and medium-sized, rarely using advanced technology; there are not many projects of a driving nature; few projects investing in industrial infrastructure business.

At the conference, businesses discussed with departments, branches, and state management agencies about some difficulties and problems such as planning, ensuring raw material sources for production, especially the wood processing industry, site clearance, land for projects; speeding up the progress of value-added tax refunds for export enterprises, completing traffic infrastructure, orientation in vocational training, social housing, etc. to ensure human resources for industrial parks. Leaders of provincial departments and branches answered some difficulties and problems suggested by businesses.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Ha Thi Nga, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed that meeting and removing difficulties and obstacles for enterprises to produce and do business is necessary, especially at a time when the whole country and the province are streamlining the apparatus. Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ha Thi Nga acknowledged the efforts of the business community in the province to carry out production and business well in recent years. The development of enterprises has affirmed the important role of enterprises and the private economy in contributing to economic development such as increasing budget revenue, promoting the potential of the province to create high-quality products for export... The business community in the province has participated in the province's social security work, typically overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3, eliminating dilapidated houses for poor households... At the same time, she also shared the difficulties that enterprises are facing.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial People's Committee to periodically arrange meetings to remove difficulties for businesses once a month to promptly resolve arising problems and remove "bottlenecks" and bottlenecks. Departments and branches must seriously implement the 30% reduction in administrative procedures; localities must pay attention to expanding the area of ​​high-quality forest land to create a stable raw material area for production and business activities of factories and businesses. The Provincial Party Secretary requested that the provincial departments and branches must closely coordinate to resolve necessary procedures for businesses as quickly as possible; businesses and investors continue to stick with Tuyen Quang to develop long-term investment projects in the area; the Provincial Business Association plays a good role as a bridge between the Party Committee and the government, connecting businesses into an increasingly strong business community.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Nguyen Van Son, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested departments and branches to strictly implement the Government's documents; to remove difficulties in accordance with the direction of the Provincial Party Secretary according to the motto "where there is difficulty, there must be a solution"; districts and cities must speed up the site clearance for the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway project (phase I) and major projects in the province; completely resolve difficulties for ongoing projects; establish and adjust detailed planning according to authority.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment guides localities to remove obstacles in land filling, land and environmental procedures according to regulations, and considers reporting to the Provincial People's Committee on projects that are beyond their authority. The Department of Construction directs its affiliated units to urgently establish plans within their authority, advise the Provincial People's Committee to adjust plans for enterprises, quickly appraise infrastructure in resettlement areas, advise on handling connection point planning on national highways and provincial roads, especially areas with factories to facilitate the transportation of raw materials and fuels for production and consumption of goods. The Department of Industry and Trade reviews and updates the adjustment of the 8th power plan; advises the Provincial People's Committee to invest in infrastructure for industrial parks. The Department of Finance advises the Provincial People's Committee on specific land prices so that the province can hold a meeting to appraise land price plans as a basis for determining land use fees and rental fees for investment projects so that investors can fulfill their obligations to the State according to regulations.
