On July 25, THACO organized a training session on "AQ - Overcoming Difficulties Quotient and 9 Secrets to Success" for 74 personnel who are Leaders and Potentials of THACO's Basic Management Departments and Executive Boards.
The training session was directly taught by THACO General Director Pham Van Tai. Accordingly, the 9 secrets to success include patience; intelligence; integrity; taking goodness as the root ; creative management; knowing how to lead; winning people's hearts; mutual benefit and self-improvement.
For the Adversity Quotient (AQ) topic, students will be introduced to Adversity Quotient (AQ); measure and explain AQ; improve AQ for themselves, others and organizations; and practice the AQ measurement test.
Speaking at the training session, THACO General Director Pham Van Tai emphasized: “Success is a journey that requires continuous striving , effort and effort from the smallest things. Improving the AQ index and understanding the 9 secrets of success not only helps us overcome difficulties but also supports those around us, thereby bringing positive changes in life, contributing more to the collective”. At the same time, he said that each employee should form and maintain the habit of reading every day . Access to new knowledge will help employees broaden their thinking and solve problems more effectively.
For Ms. Tran Thi Huynh Nhu , THACO Human Resources Department, the training session provided her with a lot of useful knowledge about how to live and behave, thereby developing and perfecting herself better. “For me, AQ is like “resistance” that gives me more strength to turn challenges into opportunities, turn failures into lessons and always keep faith in myself,” Ms. Nhu expressed .
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy , THADICO Accounting - Finance Department shared: “In addition to improving knowledge and skills at work, the training session is also an opportunity for me to listen to the sharing of THACO General Director Pham Van Tai. For me, the factor of overcoming difficulties helps me maintain flexibility, be ready to adapt to new environments, and at the same time practice patience, creativity and problem-solving ability in daily work”.

Through the training session, I can self-evaluate my abilities and capacities, thereby promptly changing and improving the missing skills to suit the development orientation of the Group” , said Mr. Nguyen Nho Tinh - THISO Human Resources Management Department.
