The Provincial People's Committee has just issued an Official Dispatch requesting Departments, branches, localities and units to focus on promoting infrastructure investment in industrial parks, economic zones and implementing key projects in the province.

Vung Ang Thermal Power Plant in Vung Ang Economic Zone, one of the key projects contributing to the economic development of Ha Tinh.

Identifying the focus on promoting infrastructure investment in industrial parks and economic zones and implementing key projects in the area as one of the strategic and important factors to achieve the province's economic growth target of over 8% in 2025, the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board to proactively implement effective solutions to shorten the time for processing records and procedures according to regulations to speed up the progress of making and adjusting general plans for economic zone construction and zoning plans for industrial park construction to be submitted to competent authorities for appraisal and approval in accordance with regulations.

Cargo transportation activities at Vung Ang port, Ha Tinh, show the development of logistics infrastructure and seaport industry.

At the same time, request relevant departments, branches and localities according to their functions and tasks to urge, guide and strengthen coordination with the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board to speed up the implementation of relevant planning contents in accordance with regulations; promptly advise and propose handling plans to report to the Provincial People's Committee for contents beyond their authority./.
