The National Assembly agreed to adjust the program of the second phase of the 7th session, extending it by 1 working day compared to the old schedule, especially adding content to consider and approve the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Land Law, Housing Law, Real Estate Business Law, and Law on Credit Institutions.

On June 17, before discussing the investment policy for the North-South Expressway Construction Project in the West, Gia Nghia (Dak Nong) - Chon Thanh (Binh Phuoc), the National Assembly voted to approve the adjustment of the program of the second phase, the 7th Session, the 15th National Assembly. Accordingly, in terms of time, this second phase will take place from June 17 to the morning of June 29; lasting 1 day longer than the program scheduled at the beginning of the session. The session program added 3 contents related to the law on real estate and housing; the resolution on reducing value added tax and deciding on the content under its authority. Specifically, on the afternoon of June 17, the National Assembly added the content of the discussion in the Group on the Resolution of the National Assembly regulating the reduction of value added tax. On June 21, the National Assembly will discuss in the hall the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Land Law, the Housing Law, the Real Estate Business Law, and the Law on Credit Institutions. On June 29, the last working day of the 7th Session, the National Assembly will vote to pass the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Land Law, the Housing Law, the Real Estate Business Law, and the Law on Credit Institutions. Previously, at the 34th Session, the National Assembly Standing Committee agreed to submit to the National Assembly for consideration and decision on bringing these laws into effect from August 1, 2024 instead of January 1, 2025.Laodong.vn
