NDO - Towards the 77th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's Six Teachings for the People's Public Security, and the 79th anniversary of Uncle Ho's call for all people to exercise, the Ministry of Public Security organized the Olympic Running Day - For National Security on the morning of March 27 at the Monument Area "People's Public Security serving the people" (Hanoi).

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Public Security Tran Quoc To emphasized that sports training is an essential need for officers and soldiers. Sports activities in the People's Public Security force are always diverse and rich, attracting a large number of participants, contributing to spreading the training movement to the people.

The event gathered nearly 2,000 people from 58 police units, 7 accompanying businesses, and the People's Police Sports Association. Of which, nearly 50 teams participated in the relay race.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, leaders, delegates and participants ran 1.2km around Thien Quang Lake. Meanwhile, the teams competed in a relay race covering a distance of 4.8km.
